316 is based at 4550 Sunbelt  Dr. Addison, TX 75001

Our 7,000sf space is equipped with a retail showroom, photography studio, podcast suite, executive offices, conference space, and a state of the art shipping and receiving warehouse. 

Orders

We accept all major credit cards.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days. Shipping and Transit times begin after order is processed. 

All orders ship from our Warehouse in Addison, Texas (Dallas Metroplex Area)

Priority and Overnight Orders are processed same day if received by shipping cut-off time of 2pm.

USPS Orders may be delayed due to the ongoing Covid19 Pandemic and are beyond our control.

FedEx Orders typically ship quicker (within the transit times below) but may experience delays.

FedEx Ground - Transit Times

FedEx 2-day shipping doesn't include weekends. 

***Please be advised that FedEx can't deliver to PO boxes

We want you to be 100% satisfied with 3:16 Collection purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please email us at 316@316collection.com and we’ll make things right.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

Mail your return to:

Include a note with your intention (return or exchange noting the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Customers are responsible for return shipping, once we receive the product we can process your refund.Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
